Upon successful verification, you will receive a confirmation email with further details, including instructions for accessing your VIP Media Pass and other media privileges at the event.

    Step 3: Receive Your Media Pass

     

    After your registration has been verified, you will receive your Media Pass, granting you exclusive access to all the event’s areas and activities. This pass will be sent to your registered email address, along with detailed instructions on how to collect your physical pass upon arrival. Your Media Pass will ensure you have priority access to exhibitor booths, keynote presentations, breakout sessions, and networking opportunities.     To create a smooth and professional environment for all participants, we kindly request that media representatives adhere to the following guidelines:

     

    • Respect Privacy and Intellectual Property: Please be mindful of the privacy of exhibitors, attendees, and speakers. Always seek permission before capturing photos, videos, or recordings, especially in restricted areas or of proprietary content.

    • Photography and Videography Policies: Follow the event’s specific guidelines regarding photography and videography, as detailed in your media kit. Certain sessions or exhibits may have limitations on recording or sharing content; please respect these restrictions to maintain the integrity of the event.

    • Display Your Media Pass: For security and easy identification, we ask that you display your Media Pass prominently at all times. This will also help you gain priority access to restricted areas, including media lounges and interview zones.

    • Coordinate Interviews: To facilitate smooth interview sessions, please coordinate all interview requests through our media relations team. We are here to assist in arranging interviews with event organizers, speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, and other key figures, ensuring that you have access to the insights you need while respecting everyone’s schedules.
